Job Description:
Under direction supervision, coordinates the activities of our current client’s customer service needs to ensure sales contracts are preformed at the operational level appropriate for each client. Promoting & maintaining positive customer relations. Inbound & outbound customer service contact .(i.e. answering questions, providing report status via e-mail and phone) Collecting applicant information . Supports Customer Service Representatives by running reports and handling special projects.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma/GED and 2 to 3 years of related call center/telemarketing/ collections/account management/vendor relations experience. The ideal candidate must have experience serving fortune 500 accounts and possess strong familiarity/comfort with the Internet and MS office software (MS Word/ MS Excel/MS Outlook).
