Introducing Zendesk – Online support just got easier!

Info Cubic is proud to provide the best client experience possible. To further improve our customer service we’re happy to announce partnering with Zendesk, a web-based help desk software. Zendesk provides an easy-to-use support ticket system and a self-service customer support platform. Existing clients when logged in can look for the green ‘Help’ button to submit a ticket to our customer service team. We promise to respond within four business hours but don’t be surprised if it’s closer to one. Of course, if you want to speak to someone right away, we always answer our phones at 877-360-4636.

Welcome to The Cube’s new look.

Info Cubic is proud to unveil our new look and new website at www.infocubic.com. We took some good advice from clients, employees, friends and the Telocity Goup and decided to launch a revamped website that is more user-friendly and easier on the eyes. We hope it does a better job of telling the Info Cubic story as well as conveying that bit of moxie we think separates us from the competition. We hope you enjoy the new look!
