Chief Executive Officer/Chief Technical Officer
Meet Justin. When he’s not skiing the back bowls of the Colorado mountains, or hanging with his wife and two young sons, you’ll find him leading the team at Info Cubic. Of Japanese descent, Justin brings great qualities from his home culture to Info Cubic. His goal? To keep his employees happy by fostering an environment of respect, honor and trust.
Justin leads by example. He loves sports and living a healthy lifestyle. He’s also a great photographer. His passions besides spending time with family involve improving the lives and working environment of his employees and being active in the community.
Executive Vice President
Dan has enjoyed making the magic happen at Info Cubic since 2003. Although he was born in Deadwood, SD, he was raised in beautiful Colorado and graduated from The University of Colorado at Boulder (GO BUFFS!). In the summer Dan centers his chi by watering his garden. He spends his winters staring out the window, wondering why he doesn’t live someplace where he can garden year-round. He loves spending time with his wife, two boys and daughter. When he’s not out getting skunked at fishing or watching his kids play sports, Dan likes to endure getting beaten by his kids at video games…something he swears never use to happen a few years ago.
Aside from his family, Dan’s biggest passion is continuing to lead Info Cubic become one of the best employment screening companies in the industry. He takes tremendous pride in The Cube becoming NAPBS Accredited, ISO 9001:2008 certified, and winners of the HRO Today Baker’s Dozen.
Dan’s knowledge of “all things employment screening” is why he’s a vital member of the Info Cubic team. The fact that he’s a pretty swell guy doesn’t hurt either….
Kelly (Kubacki) Uebel, Esq.
Kelly joined Info Cubic in 2015, bringing several years of experience working in the screening industry as a legal and compliance professional. Serving as a subject matter expert on international and domestic background screening compliance and data security, Kelly provides valuable educational information to a diverse client base including companies large and small in the financial, healthcare, retail, energy and staffing industries. As General Counsel, Kelly oversees the internal functions of the company to help ensure clients receive a quality and compliant product. Kelly also stays actively engaged within the industry via the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), serving as co-chair of the Best Practices Committee for the Global Advisory Council and as a co-chair of the Government Relations Committee.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and adorable puppy, and tries to enjoy the Minnesota summers by biking, running and playing lawn games as much as possible before the long winter stretch hits.
SVP Sales & Marketing
Jason joined Team Cube in September 2015. Jason has held leadership and sales positions in the screening industry working for Verifications Inc. which was later purchased by First Advantage.
Jason brings with him a deep understanding of the industry and the customer mindset. Perhaps more important is that he has an even deeper understanding of what has gone wrong in the industry and has developed genuinely new and unique ideas on how to solve for these problems.
We’re looking forward to putting some of these new ideas and concepts in to practice here at The Cube!
Jason is a family man choosing to spend every available minute with his wife of 17 years and their three wonderful children Abigail, Grace and Jackson. When he’s not at a lacrosse, soccer or basketball game with his kids (all three play all three – and some on multiple teams!) you can find him at home working on some sort of project or in the woods if it’s hunting season.
Director of Sales
With many happy years of experience in both the background screening industry and in sales leadership roles, Scott helps lead our equally experienced sales team. As an extension of the Info Cubic culture our sales teams works with clients to provide “Best In Class” service while ensuring our clients are very well informed, have a compliant process and have a screening program that matches their needs and values.
On a personal level Scott is an avid reader and doting steward to Cookie, his 12 pound Poodle. Located in our Minnesota office, Scott spends most of Summer at the lake doing all things lake like, and the rest of the year hoping it would hurry up and become Summer. As he has gotten a little older, Scott is now also very involved in the sport of competitive napping. Competing primarily at the 30 and 40 minute distances Scott has made a lifelong commitment to training every Sunday. Sr. Solutions Consultant
Wendy joined the Info Cubic team in August 2015. Born and raised on a farm/ranch in the middle of South Dakota, Wendy now resides in the Minneapolis area and is a member of our MN contingent. Wendy lived and worked in Aberdeen, SD until 2012 when she relocated to Minnesota. While in Aberdeen, Wendy studied Business Management at Northern State University. And enjoyed chilly northeast SD winters! Wendy brought with her to Info Cubic 13+ years of background screening industry knowledge. Her former experience in the industry ranges from Call Center Management to Customer Service Management to Sales Consulting and a little bit of everything in between.
Wendy is an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching football, baseball, basketball, golf, and horse racing. Living in the State of Hockey (MN), still hasn’t quite turned her into an avid hockey fan. She has been trying to retire from softball for at least three years, but hasn’t quite accomplished it yet. Beyond that, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her adorable nieces and nephew every chance she gets.
Director of Operations
Val joined The Cube in April 2016, she comes to us with 15 plus years in the screening industry and a successful track record of managing the implementation, services, and ongoing support for companies of all sizes from the smallest mom and pop all the way to some of the world’s largest employers.
In addition to her operational awareness and Six Sigma approach she’s also a very down to earth people person with an infectious positive personality.
Val is a South Dakota girl at heart; born and raised. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jim and their 4 legged friends Gary and Roxy (actually Roxy only has 3 legs, but that’s a story for another day).
Val and her husband both come from large families, so keeping family first is an important part of their lives no matter the occasion. In her leisure time, Val enjoys practicing her skills of cooking acquired from her countless hours dedicated to Food Network. She also loves to attend estate sales and farm auctions to find vintage furniture, reclaimed items and décor to flip to local buyers. She could probably give the guys from American Pickers on the History channel show a few pointers.
Customer Service Manager
Geoff moved to the Denver area from Utah in 1994. Another CU Buffalo, he joined Info Cubic after graduating with a degree in Communications and has been part of the Info Cubic team for five years. Geoff enjoys traveling and does so as often as allowed. His free time is filled with running, attending fitness training and honing his pop culture skills; Geoff is an aficionado of ancient sitcoms, feel free to test his knowledge.
Geoff’s degree suits him nicely as he is a master communicator. This also serves him well as Info Cubic’s Customer Service Manager. Give him a call—he’s always ready to chat!
Kristin (Brogdon) Paulson
Kristin Brogdon spent three years living it up in Colorado. But now she, her fiancé Mark, and their beagle Nelson are back in her home state of MinneSOta doing what MinneSOtans do best: camping, running, skiing, fishing, waterskiing, gardening…
Yeah, our Research Manager loves the outdoors.
Kristin has a degree in biology from Macalester College. Before she came to Info Cubic, she worked in biotechnology.
We miss seeing Kristin here in our Colorado office, but we’re happy she’s joined our Minnesota-based team.

The National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS®) Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC) announced today that Info Cubic LLC has successfully demonstrated compliance with the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP) and will now be formally recognized as BSCC-Accredited.
